It asks questions, captures answers, follows structure, and hands you a clean outcome when the call ends. It's not a transcript bot, not a note-taker, and not an async assistant. It actually participates in the conversation in real time.
Zoom is fully supported at launch. Microsoft Teams and Google Meet are on the roadmap. If you primarily run meetings on Zoom, you're set. If you're Teams or Meet, the worker will support those in 2026.
Yes. DelegateWorker is the runtime layer — we put your AI into the meeting. You can use our pre-built workers (Sales Discovery, Coaching, Customer Success) out of the box, or plug in your own custom GPT, Claude, or Gemini configuration. The platform handles the meeting, you decide the brain.
Unused minutes don't roll over (180 fresh minutes each month), but you can top up any time: 30 minutes for $8, 60 minutes for $15. Topping up is much cheaper than the public Pro plan.
We're built on the official Zoom RTM API and we're a Zoom-approved integration. If Zoom makes platform changes, our team adapts the integration immediately. As a founder you have priority support for any platform issues.

Custom worker types are on the Q3 2026 roadmap. As a founder, you'll have priority input into which workers we build next. The platform is designed to support new worker configurations via your playbook — most use cases don't require new code, just a new playbook.
Meeting data is encrypted end-to-end in transit and at rest. We're SOC 2 Type II in progress (target completion: Q3 2026). You control retention — meeting summaries can be auto-deleted after a defined window. For enterprise customers, BYOK (bring your own encryption key) is on the roadmap.
