What is Relay?

How does my AI connect?
By websocket. Your AI connects to Relay, and Relay joins the meeting as a named participant and carries the audio both ways. The developer docs cover the embed widget, the headless SDK, tools and the session lifecycle.
Is it a meeting bot?
It is built for AI that takes part, not AI that records. A recording bot captures the meeting. Relay puts a speaking participant in it.
Which platforms does it support?
Zoom natively, and it is approved and searchable on the Zoom App Marketplace. Phone and web are live. Microsoft Teams is available as an enterprise deployment on the customer's own tenant, behind their firewall.
