Live voice is handled in the moment.

While a call is running, your worker hears people and talks back. That audio is handled in memory, as it happens, so the worker can keep up with the conversation.

After the call ends, we store a recording of the session and a written transcript of it. The next part covers what happens to those.

Recordings and transcripts belong to you.

We store a recording of each session and a written transcript of it. The transcript covers both sides: what your worker said, and what the other people said.

Both are encrypted while we store them, and while they move across the network.

They are your records, not ours. You can read them, download them, or ask us to delete them.

Demo calls you request from us

When you ask for a demo call on our website, an AI worker calls you. The call is recorded and transcribed. We keep your number, the consent text you accepted, and the call details for four years so we can show consent. We keep the recording and transcript for ninety days, then delete them, unless you become a lead or customer. You can opt out or ask for earlier deletion at hello@delegateworker.com. Your keys stay locked up.

To do its job, a worker may need a login or an API key from you. We store those encrypted.

Our systems use them for one thing: running the tools you connected. They are never visible in a conversation, in a transcript, or in our logs.

The worker says it is AI.

Every worker tells people it is an AI assistant. It does that in meetings, on calls, and in messages.

This cannot be turned off. We will not help a worker pretend to be a person.

Ask us to delete it, and we will.

You can ask us to delete your data at any time. Email us and say what you want removed.

We remove it and write back to confirm. A few billing records must stay, because tax and accounting rules say so. We will tell you if that applies to you.

Where we are on audits.

We do not hold a security certificate today, and we will not say that we do.

An independent audit is in progress. When it is finished, we will say so here, and not one day before.
