Pricing questions
What am I paying for?
A configured AI worker that joins live conversations as a named participant, runs your playbook, and hands back the outcome. Plans are priced by included runtime and the number of workers, not by which problem you assign.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans bill for ten months and give you two months free. There are no setup fees on annual contracts, and monthly plans have no contract, so you can cancel anytime.
What if I run out of minutes?
On every paid plan you can add minute top-ups at the rate for that plan: Solo $125 / 100 min ($1.25/min), Seat $100 / 100 min ($1.00/min), Team $75 / 100 min ($0.75/min). Delegate Desk is scoped at $0.60/min. Existing customers keep their original rate.
What exactly does the Free plan include?
One live session per week with a worker, up to 10 minutes, on Zoom or the web. The allowance resets every Monday at 00:00 UTC. Access is invite-only — we review every request personally. There is no card and no trial countdown.
Do integrations cost extra?
On business plans, no: every integration in our catalog is included. On Delegate Solo, CRM and calendar integrations come with the Productivity add-on, and phone, SMS, and WhatsApp come with the Telephony & Messaging add-on.
Can I upgrade from Solo later?
Anytime. Your worker, knowledge base, and history move with you to Delegate Seat unchanged.
Which channels are supported today?
Zoom and web are available on every plan. Business plans add Microsoft Teams, phone, SMS, WhatsApp, and Typeform. Private-cloud Teams deployment is available on Delegate Desk.
Do I need to talk to sales first?
No. Delegate Free is invite-only — request access and we review every request personally. Solo is self-serve. Delegate Seat and Delegate Team check out directly. Delegate Desk and custom enterprise deployments start with a scoping call.
