Parallel sessions
A parallel session is one call happening at the same time as another.
What it means
Your AI worker can take more than one call at once. Each call that runs at the same time uses one slot. Your plan sets how many slots you have. Slots are shared across all the workers on your account.
For example, with two slots, two people can talk to your workers at the same time. A third call has to wait until one of them ends.

When all slots are busy
If a new call arrives when all slots are busy, that call cannot start. It has to wait until one call ends. Nothing is lost, but the caller has to try again.
If this happens often
