Adding AI workers
Each plan includes a number of AI workers. You can add more at any time.

Seat and Team include several workers. Their add-worker price is lower. Desk plans set this price in the contract.
Adding one more worker
Open Plan and billing. Choose Add a worker. The price is shown before you confirm. A new worker adds the same minutes as your plan. Those minutes are shared across all your workers. Read how minutes work.
What each worker has
Each worker has its own name, voice, instructions and knowledge. You set these up in the app after you add it. You can change them at any time. Two workers can do two different jobs. One can take sales calls. Another can take support calls.
Workers and calls at the same time
Adding a worker does not add parallel sessions. Your plan sets how many calls your workers can be on at once. Read parallel sessions.
