Billing, upgrades and cancelling

Monthly or yearly

You can pay monthly or yearly. Yearly gives you 2 months free. Desk is billed yearly. Payments are by card.

Upgrading

Upgrade any time. The new plan starts right away. You are charged the difference. Your new minutes and workers are ready to use at once. Read which plan is right for me to pick a plan.

Downgrading

You can move down a plan at any time. The change takes effect at the end of your billing period. You keep your current plan until then.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from Plan and billing. Your workers stop taking calls when the period ends. You are not charged again. Export any transcripts you want to keep first. Read transcripts and recordings.

If you only need fewer minutes, a lower plan may be a better fit than cancelling. Read which plan is right for me.

Receipts and invoices

Receipts and invoices are in Plan and billing. You can open or download any of them at any time.
