How minutes work
Minutes are how we count the time your AI worker spends on calls.
What counts as a minute
Minutes count while your AI worker is on a call. The clock starts the moment it joins. It stops the moment the call ends. Time between calls does not count. Setting up a worker does not count.
Minutes in your plan
Every plan includes a set number of minutes per month. Minutes reset on your billing date. Unused minutes do not roll over.

Need more? Buy extra minutes any time in Plan and billing. The price is shown there. Extra minutes cost 35¢ each. Desk plans set this price in the contract.

You can see minutes used and minutes left in Plan and billing. When you are close to the limit, we tell you in the app and by email.
