Every call leaves a record you can read later.
What you get
Every call gets a transcript, a summary and a recording. Find them in Sessions. The transcript is what was said. The summary is the short version, with what to do next. The recording is the call audio.
Transcripts
Transcripts and summaries are kept with no limit on every plan. They stay in Sessions for as long as your account is open. You can export a transcript at any time.
How long we keep audio
How long we keep the call audio depends on your plan. The keep time starts on the day of the call. It is the same for every AI worker on your account. Within that window you can play the audio or download it from Sessions at any time.

Before audio is removed
We email the account owner 7 days before a recording is removed. Download it from Sessions before then if you want to keep it. The download is yours to keep. The transcript and summary stay either way. Read which plan is right for me to compare plans.
