1. What You're Consenting To

By checking the consent box and submitting this form, you agree to the following terms.

1.1 What DelegateWorker Provides

DelegateWorker provides pitch coaching through Jordan, an AI coach. Jordan will:

• Review your pitch deck
• Provide real-time feedback and coaching
• Identify gaps and areas to strengthen
• Pressure-test your pitch narrative
• Generate a structured coaching report
• Prepare you for tough investor questions

1.2 What Jordan Is NOT

Jordan is:

• NOT investment advice
• NOT a guarantee of fundraising success
• NOT a replacement for legal, financial, or tax advice
• NOT an investor, pitch reviewer for a fund, or investment decision-maker
• NOT providing securities advice

You should consult with appropriate professionals (lawyers, accountants, financial advisors) before making any fundraising or business decisions based on Jordan's coaching.

2. Your Pitch Deck & Intellectual Property

2.1 Your Deck Belongs to You

• Your pitch deck and all business information you share is yours alone
• You retain all intellectual property rights to your deck and ideas
• We will never claim ownership of your work

2.2 Confidentiality

Your pitch deck will never be:

• Shared with investors, competitors, or third parties
• Used to build competing companies or products
• Sold, licensed, or distributed without your explicit written consent
• Shown to anyone outside DelegateWorker without your permission

The only exception: if required by law (subpoena, court order, regulatory investigation), we will notify you before disclosure.

3. Your Personal Data & Marketing

3.1 How We Use Your Contact Information

By submitting this form, you consent to DelegateWorker using your email and phone number for:

Coaching-Related Communication:

• Sending you your coaching report
• Following up on your coaching session
• Providing technical support

Marketing & Product Updates:

• Emails about new DelegateWorker features and products
• Invitations to founders events, webinars, or demo days
• Updates about investor network opportunities
• Periodic newsletters about startup trends and fundraising tips
• Phone calls (with your consent) about DelegateWorker products or partnerships

Frequency: Typically 1–2 emails per month, occasional phone calls (max 1–2 per quarter unless you request more).

3.2 Opting Out

You can opt out of marketing communications anytime by:

• Clicking "Unsubscribe" in any email
• Texting "STOP" if we SMS you
• Emailing hello@delegateworker.com with subject "Unsubscribe"
• Updating your preferences in your account settings

Opting out of marketing will NOT affect your coaching access or relationship with us.

3.3 What We Will NOT Do

In the future, DelegateWorker may offer investors and market researchers anonymized, aggregated insights from coaching sessions, such as:

• "Average time to close a seed round: 6 months"
• Market trends by industry, geography, or stage

4.2 Your Privacy in Analytics

Your specific data will NEVER be included in these insights:

• Your company name
• Your pitch deck or business details
• Your personal information (name, email, phone)
• Any identifying information
• Anything that could link back to you

These insights will be truly anonymous and aggregated across thousands of founders.

4.3 Opting Out of Analytics

If you do NOT want your anonymized data included in future market analytics, you can:

• Email hello@delegateworker.com with subject "Opt Out of Analytics"
• Check a box in your account settings after coaching

Opting out will NOT affect your coaching or access to DelegateWorker services.

5. Your Rights

5.1 Data Access

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of all data we have about you
• Know what information we've collected and how we use it
• Understand how long we keep your information

5.2 Data Deletion

You can request deletion of:

• Your coaching session transcript
• Your pitch deck
• Your personal information (name, email, phone)
• Your complete account and all associated data

Timeline: We will delete your requested data within 30 days.

Exception: We may retain anonymized, aggregated data and coaching insights (per Section 4) since these cannot identify you.

5.3 Correction

If any of your personal information is incorrect, you can request correction anytime.

5.4 How to Exercise Your Rights

6. Data Security

• All data transmission is encrypted (HTTPS)
• Access is restricted to authorized DelegateWorker staff only
• We use secure cloud infrastructure (Supabase)
• Regular security audits and monitoring

6.2 Data Breaches

If we discover unauthorized access to your data, we will:

• Notify you within 48 hours
• Disclose what information was compromised
• Explain steps we're taking to fix it
• Provide guidance on protecting yourself

6.3 Third-Party Services

We use:

• ElevenLabs for AI voice synthesis (Jordan's voice)
• Supabase for data storage

7. Liability & Limitations

7.1 "As-Is" Service

DelegateWorker and Jordan are provided "as-is" without warranties. We do not guarantee:

• That coaching will result in funding
• That feedback will be perfectly accurate
• That you will close investment
• That Jordan will be available at all times
• Uninterrupted service

7.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, DelegateWorker is not liable for:

• Loss of funding or business opportunity
• Emotional distress or frustration
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Third-party claims related to your pitch deck
• Issues arising from your implementation of coaching feedback

7.3 Your Responsibility

By using DelegateWorker, you agree that:

• You are responsible for all decisions based on coaching
• You will consult professionals before making legal, financial, or tax decisions
• You own all responsibility for what's in your pitch deck
• You will not use Jordan to create misleading or fraudulent pitches

8. Consent Recording

By submitting this form, you consent to DelegateWorker recording:

• Your IP address
• The timestamp of your agreement
• Your device and browser information
• Your consent to these terms

This information is stored for legal compliance and audit purposes.

9. Changes to These Terms

DelegateWorker may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will:

• Notify you via email at least 30 days in advance
• Post the updated terms on this page
• Update the "Last Updated" date

Your continued use of DelegateWorker after changes means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark (DelegateWorker is based in Copenhagen). Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation, mediation, or arbitration.
